Target Coming to Middletown?

So downtown there's a big debate going on about building a Target:

Sources said that the plan calls for a Target department store on top of a three-level, 700-car parking garage along Dingwall Drive, in back of police headquarters and the courthouse. The garage could cost as much as $15 million, sources said.
