also, the biggest supercollider is totally in Europe, not the US. And scientists wouldn't need to fly in to run the experiment.
wait, fighter jets scrambling to find a tsunami? and new yorkers not knowing what a tsunami is? and...

I didn't know British television was this weak. Hire some actors, damnit.
I dunno, I thought it was remarkably well done considering the credits were like an inch long. It was better than most of the crap on the Discovery Channel. Bravo, BBC!
Buying all the land required to build a powerful particle accelerator would cost a fortune at NYC real estate prices.
BBC, come on. You just wanted to see NYC sucked into a black hole. Them damn Brits are jealous that London's not the capital of the world anymore.
if discovery actually did this they would do it fucking amazingly. look at shark week, when dinosaurs roamed the earth, any of their other 3d-based episodes.
