- Login using your Wesleyan userid/password
- It should give you a weird error.
- Hit back, and re-login
- Congratulations! A blog is yours!

that's weird. i successfully created an account but now i don't seem to have "sufficient permissions to access" it. I can only post comments at wordpress-pilot.wesleyan.edu. LAME! :(
nevermind. i found the page through http://wordpress-pilot.wesleyan.edu/wp-signup.php?new=USERNAME where USERNAME = me. cool, no limit to the amount of blogs, either.
Heh.. Yeah, I had to lock out the automatic blog creation (sorry, just doing what I'm told) after people caught wind of students signing up.
Of course, you seem to have cleverly found out the other way to make blogs once you are a valid user, so now I have to go muck around in wordpress code to figure out how to disable that blog creation bit cleanly. Tomorrow.
