You have a hot dog. The dorm kitchen is disgusting. Fire safety banned hot plates. And god knows no one in their right mind microwaves a hot dog, 'cause that's just gross.
The solution is obviously to electrocute the damn thing.

correction: no one in their right mind microwaves a hot dog. a hot dog must be treated with reverence, and it deserves better.
