Usdan Poll
In my first ever post at Wesleying, the bulk of the comments were about my use of Usdanistan in reference to the new campus center. That said, lemme put two things out there:
1. Thanks for the warm welcome.
2. Let me try to settle this (but not really) with an internet poll.

Aesthetically, I like Usdanistan, but it's just too long for everyday use. I'm just too lazy to say 4 syllables where one or two would work just as well.
Add "Usdan"!!
Also, you don't need to "settle" anything. YOU are blogging, they are not. You win. (Please don't feed the trolls.)

I tried to include the "official" name and all of the suggestions in the comments of the first post, overlooking the most obvious.

Beau, I've been hassled for all number of things. Not the least of which was pointing out a misspelling on a Chinese food menu! I know you're not taking it personally, but, you know, don't take it personally. Wes can be a tough crowd! :-P

A friend and I've been using Sudan. I couldn't figure out if it was pronounced "Ooze Dan" or "you's Dan." "Sudan" solved that problem for me.
