I heard this was set up by Wes's media person this summer and shot during Labor Day weekend, and that all the clothes were brought by the Times' fashion people. Way cool and great exposure

what the fuck is the problem? Seriously, it was just a photo shoot where they wanted to use authentic college kids. Get over your overjustified self and be happy for the kids who are getting their 15 minutes.
I know my monitor has ridiculous contrast, but some of these I can barely see what the clothes are from how bright they made everything

they look awesome. it's a photo shoot/fashion spread. it's not supposed to be or mean anything more or less than that. it's not supposed to mean or say anything about wes; not supposed to make any social commentary. it's fluff. who cares? it's fun. it's fashion. have you ever read the STYLE issue of the New Yorker? it's fluff there too. i'm with 2:25; let these kids enjoy this. go wes.
