I've had enough of Foss Hill lately. I'm either headed to Sound View Beach (Old Lyme, CT) or Wadsworth Falls (the big grassy area by the actual falls, on the other side of the state park) in Rockfall. I recommend it!

Highland Ave is a nice place to hang out, too. Lots of crazy shit happening up the hill.
Foss Hill is pretty much like international waters.
