MGMT to hit Rolling Stone Top 10 List

Adam Fishman '09 tells us that The Rolling Stone has just announced The MGMT as one of the top 10 bands to look out for in 2008. This super indie electic monster-core band was formed by Wesleyan alumn Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser while at Wes, once again proving that we know how to bring the funk.

It's not just The Management. Santogold (Santi White) also made it.

Why are we so popular?

I guess Wesleyan really is the mixing pot, the spice jar--yes--the G.I. track, even, for the rest of society.

Man, I can't wait to rule the world.
