Delmar's got a green thumb

How did all my Google searching fail to turn this one up?

It turns out that Delmar Crim, Resident District Manager of Bon Appétit, not only has a knack for resolving Usdan dining catastrophes, but he's also got a green thumb. Check out the Crim Garden, which Delmar apparently cultivated while he was Senior Executive Chef at Cornell.

We're big fans of Delmar. Check out some of our previous coverage:

Having gotten to know Delmar, this isn't surprising. Though a lot of people may view him as a "suit" sorta manager just because he's a manager, he's VERY committed to a green dining experience

Delmar is my friend! He always asks me about what I think about all you care to eat. Plus he's wearing cool sandals in this picture.

He reminds me of Christopher Walken, and I mean that as neither a compliment nor an insult.

hahaha, holy cow - this picture is incredible, and not just because it's of Delmar.

why does he always look so grumpy?

Justin, your bio about him is a little harsh. Even for westandards.

delmar crim was executive chef at cornell? cornell has awesome food.
therefore he deserves a lot more respect than...the sort of tongue-in-cheek adulation he receives around here

Can we just stop this whole discussion about Delmar? It's been belabored a few weeks/months/years too many!

delmar is not committed to green dining. he thinks he is, but most of it is total bullshit.

anon 11:10- maybe your view of green dining is a little more extreme than delmar and his superiors at bon appetit are willing to take it? profits must be made, green dining or not
