Stonewalled: Physical Plant contract talks go "nowhere"

This week’s editorial:
A cutthroat kind of cutback
It doesn’t make sense to ask a Physical Plant employee, who on average earns an annual $34,000 to $60,000, to pay the same rate for their health care as a professor. When considering that professors’ salaries are also raised at a higher rate every year in comparison to Physical Plant workers, it’s clear this is a case of comparing apples and oranges.
