Put on your boogie shoes... in Usdan!

OK, so we can all assume that they won't be blaring disco. But the mysteriously vague Usdan Staff informed us today, through an all-campus email, that music can now be played in both sides of the Marketplace dining area. Now, if only they'd fix the lighting problems...In other Usdan news:

  • "Directional signs are now located at crossroads on the first floor to help you navigate the facility."
  • "You will also now find new cork boards for posting flyers in the basement, first floor, and second floor levels of the building."
  • "A foosball table was recently added to the 2 pool and 1 ping pong table available for use [in the MPR], all free of charge."

There still is no music in the servery area....Why????

wow, these comments are unnecessarily mean. some reasons why this post is not "unnecessary": not everyone reads the all-campus e-mails, not everyone who's interested in Wesleyan affairs gets the all-campus e-mails, and, most importantly, it's nice to have a online space where we can discuss the issues thrown at us in emails, instead of just reading them.

I'd still like an answer to 7:29's question.

I would like to know why they are playing music like John Mayer in Usdan. I would hope that they can do better than that in their search for music that will please everyone.
