Free STD Testing
Hosted by ASHA, tomorrow there will be free STD testing at Eclectic. There will be tests for gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, and HIV (although there's usually a limited number of these tests, so its recommended you take it only if you think you're really at risk).

what kind of tests are these? blood, urine?
both. gonorrhea and syphilis are urine, HIV is blood, i forget for klymidia
whats the deal with this- is it usually not awkward and embarrassing at these?
i mean hopefully you don't think checking to know for a fact you're clean is awkward and embarrassing. and if people you know see you there, then heck, they know you're responsible.
i did once see someone there that i had hooked up with not two weeks prior and that was a little funny but going to get tested does not immediately label you as an unprotected sex fiend.
Ironic that it's at Eclectic.

how about: nice and responsible of eclectic to organize, host, and run this for the community.
