Tonight on the Wesleyan Film Series
IRON MAN
2008. USA. Dir: Jon Favreau. With Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Bridges, Gwenyeth Paltrow. 126 min.
Gadgets, glitz, and spectacle abound in Favreau's smart and exhilarating take on the classic comic book franchise. Downey is pitch-perfect as Tony Stark, a billionaire playboy weapons manufacturer and snarky anti-hero for our times.
