nice design, but take out the stalin - would u put hitler in an ad for a german house party?
No. You would put Hitler in an ad for a Fascist Party.
Stalin was a communist and deserves to get crunk just as much as you do!
Never mind the fact that Stalin isn't the only evil motherfucker on that t-shirt design.
Yeah, let's celebrate Stalin & Mao. Great idea.
I'm gettin' Yeltsin'ed TONIGHT!!!
The others on that design were either visionists, martyrs, or leaders who suffered with the same blood as their followers. Stalin was none of these. He oppressed and murdered his own people while overburdening them so he could live in luxury.
And no. You wouldn't have a fascist party because fascism is not a positive form of government for anyone except the dictator. It is a form of government that is referred to with hindsight as an undesirable form of dictatorship. I would never go to an event promoted with Hitler's image.
CIP - Stalin was shit and should not be looked at as someone who deserves credit for communist ideals.
Mao's misguided Great Leap Forward led to the starvation and death of millions of Chinese; his Cultural Revolution imprisoned countless Chinese citizens and led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands more.
Stalin had around 700,000 executed or exiled in his purges. Lenin's earlier Red Terror killed thousands, including at least a few thousand clergy.
Castro opened forced labor camps for gays, and detains thousands of political prisoners. Karl Marx had a big beard.
Communism sucked, dudes. The party, though, will probably be sweet.
guys...lighten up
Also, not their design. It is a t-shirt from another company, and the title for it is "the Communist Party." Regardless of whether or not Stalin lived up to communist ideals, he still is recorded in history as a communist.
hitler was austrian
It's a Threadless t-shirt design. Completely unrelated to Russian and Chinese Houses.
anon 10:57 - and marx was german, that's not the point
