McCain On SNL
Senator McCain appeared on Saturday Night Live last night alongside Tina Fey as Sarah Palin.
In the opening skit, McCain attempted to raise funds by hosting a QVC show featuring McCain themed purchases to counter Obama's 1/2 hour ad. A real life Cindy McCain served as the Senator's jewelry model. The Ayers' freshner and McCain's extensive set of pork knives seem particularly appealing! Palin even stepped aside to hock her Palin 2012 t-shirts. Stock up now!
McCain also appeared on Weekend Update.

He is such a fucking TOOL. ARGH.
Actually I found him disturbingly endearing in these. NBC has done a great job making McCain seem friendly and approachable, even with the Palin jokes SNL has definitely been working for McCain the whole time - I have little doubt that they're told what to write by people at GE. Scary shit.
He even smiled throughout the skit!
HAHAHAHA the sad grandpa is the best thing I've ever heard of.
i thought he was totally hilarious.
i love the man. hate his politics. HATE them. that's why i voted obama.
also, what a terrible tie in weekend update.
where am I? Is this the real world?
im with you, 6:42pm. i dont know where i am anymore either.
McCain was on the Daily Show about a million times before he ran for president in this election. It's not like he's the worst person in the world, in fact he got cheered all the time on the Daily Show by their liberal audience. Then he tried to appeal more to the party base, and we were reminded why we wouldn't actually want to vote for him.
