Go See The Shy Courtier

Cloaks and daggers. Dukes and counts. Secret rendezvous in the garden by night. The Shy Courtier is a classic comedy of intrigue and romance by Tirso de Molina, one of the great writers of Spain's Golden Age. It may be 400 years old, but its humor and social commentary are timeless.

Translated and directed by Ben Sachs-Hamilton '09 as his senior thesis, and sponsored by Second Stage.
