The S&C is open for Dinner tonight (like right now) and lunch and dinner tomorrow, and then will be closed for the rest of the semester


Monday

Dinner: Green salad, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lasagna with Beef and Sweet Italian Sausage ragu or Tofu and Marinara, Chocolate peanut butter bars

Tuesday

Lunch: West African Penne salad with Ginger, Cumin Yogurt dressing, offered with spice crusted Chicken or Tofu, Coconut Cookies

Dinner: Green salad, Garlic Vinaigrette, Puerto Rican Rice and Beans with Chicken or Tofu (Vegan), Pound Cake
