Edit: Okay, unless I'm a beta tester and don't know it, it should be in a bar on the bottom of the window.
Another edit: Added screenshot. My housemate doesn't have it either.

They'll be "rolling this out slowly going forward", says the Facebook Blog.
the posts have been increasingly cryptic lately.
NYU, the Ivy's, Berkeley and Stanford have it. I'm not sure if anyone at Williams has it but I know Andrew and I definitely do not have it.
