Indian Superheroes Do Boy Crisis
Boy Crisis is working on an album, due sometime later this year. In the meantime, here is a remix of a demo of a new song, "Fountain of Youth", set to one of my favorite Youtube videos of all time by Bob Weisz '07:

Last summer, David had an extra tooth removed. In a perverse attempt to gain some YouTube fame, David's father captured his son coming down from his surgical euphoria. Watch the original footage of David and/or the hilarious remix below. Can you believe people do this to their kids "in real life?"

The administration has launched a video competition for students, "Your Minute with the President-Elect", in an apparent effort to show that we are smart in addition to being effortlessly hip.
The administration using the Internet for community-building like this is unprecedented. :
"You have one minute to meet with the next president of the United States. What would you say?" You're invited to respond to this challenge by creating an original video describing how you would advise America's 44th President, and submit it before midnight on November 30th to www.youtube.com/wesleyan.Click here for the official rules, videos will be accepted until midnight on November 30.What's in it for you? A chance to give the White House a piece of your brilliant mind, win the $100 cash grand prize for best video as judged by viewer count and video rankings, show the world what Wesleyan is made of, and gain a worldwide following for your creativity.
Videos may be up to 2:00 minutes in length and should not violate YouTube standards. Other than that, anything goes.
The goal of the Wesleyan "Minute with the President-Elect" Video Contest is to raise awareness of the stimulating intellectual environment at Wesleyan.
Wesleyan's "Minute with the President-Elect" Video Contest is made possible by the Office of University Communications and the New Media Lab.

This is becoming increasingly less of a concern, but if you're still worried about the prospects of a liberal social agenda in the event of a McCain/Palin win, here is what Canada has to offer:

Tina Fey as a spot-on Sarah Palin, and Amy Poehler as a righteously bitter Hillary Clinton, in a joint appearance last night on Saturday Night Live. HILARIOUS:

Weezer shows some love for a whole lot of viral YouTube celebrities/Internet memes from recent memory in their new video. And here I thought All Your Base was safely buried among memories of junior high.
Priya Ghosh '09 sends in footage from Thursday night. You can see the pepper-gas-ball gun in action at 1:52-2:10ish, firing in a semicircle. Also, the K9 Units are visible though their actions are somewhat obscured by the lighting. This all took place approx 35 minutes after the arrival of cruisers, and some time after the initial volley of teargas and pepper-gas-ball things.
Everyone keep in mind that there are still A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WENT ON.
