Film Hall presents "Black Snake Moan"

Rose Agger '10 writes:

Film Hall opens its doors tomorrow for the first screening of the semester! Come watch Black Snake Moan, featuring Christina Ricci as a nymphomaniac, Samuel L. Jackson as a religious fanatic who chains Ricci's character to a radiator, and Justin Timberlake as the very anxious boyfriend. Also, the soundtrack is amazing, and Samuel L. Jackson can sing and play guitar!
Date: Friday, Sept. 12
Time: 8:00 PM
Location: Film Hall (basement, Nicolson 6)

Doors will be propped until 8:30. Email Rose at eagger@wes if you want regular reminders about Film Hall events.

Contra Dance is Back!

Get our your dancing shoes (or socks or boots) and come to the Wesleyan Contra Dance!

No experience necessary! Bring a friend and dance the night away!
(For frosh: Contra dance involves several different types of traditional folk dances, kind of like a "ho down", and in the past it has brought Wes students and non-Wes people together for a rousing night of AWESOME. In fact, bring a group of friends!)

Date: Friday, September 12
Time: 8-11 PM
Place: Beckham Hall
