Rock & Roll Dance Party @ Eclectic

Another great event for tomorrow night: dance party at Eclectic featuring the Mathematicians, Mixel Pixel, Vulture Realty, and Decora. Now, Aural Wes (read more about each band there) makes all of these bands sound great. But let me just say to all the freshmen and anyone else who hasn't, for whatever reason, seen The Mathematicians in concert: do it. You'll dance. You'll have a great time. They're a thing.

Mike Kuhn at Javapalooza

Check out Javapalooza on Saturday night, where Mike Kuhn '09 will be playing for the first time:

Mike is a keyboardist and a singer-songwriter who produces and performs all types of rock music, as well as some ballads. Some of the promised original hits include: "I Will Always Love You", "Writing", as well as his new release "The Living Child".

Mike will also play some of his favorite music from The Beatles, Billy Joel, Green Day and more!

Blacklight Party at ADP

Max Rodriguez '10 sends us word of a blacklight dance party at ADP:

This saturday, ADP will be hosting a furniture-is-in-the-garage dance party...with blacklights! Come and dance to great music (there will be a DJ, who is yet to be determined) and boogie til the break of dawn as your teeth GLOW. There will be non-alcoholic refreshments.

Fall Festival at Out House

Loud Spirits Day is Saturday

One of the WestCo presidents, Alex Chaves '12, informs us that WestCo is hosting Loud Spirits Day this Saturday. For everyone prior to the class of 2012, Loud Spirits Day used to be known as Duke Day.

This event is FREE, and Captain Coconut is headlining, and a bunch of other student bands are playing. There is going to be body painting, film screenings, art making, and lots of other cool things 'happening' . Also, lots of dancing and music! Loud Spirits Day is all about audience participation and interaction so help make it happen Wesleyan! Stop by Westco this Saturday and see what it's all about!
